I started CrossFit in April 2015 thanks to a Groupon, and it completely changed my life. Over the years, I’ve grown from someone trying out fitness to becoming a USAW Advanced Weightlifting Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and competitive master weightlifter. I’ve stayed fit through two pregnancies in 2020 and 2022, using CrossFit to maintain my strength and endurance. I’m also an RP Certified Nutrition Coach, using RP Strength since 2022 to improve my nutrition and lose 30 pounds. Coaching others—whether in CrossFit, weightlifting, or nutrition—has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. I’ve even had the privilege of coaching my husband and son to medals at national weightlifting competitions.
Walking into my first CrossFit class in 2015 was a game-changer. What started as a Groupon deal turned into a lifelong passion for fitness. Over time, it became less about just working out and more about helping others find their strength, too.
I’m motivated by showing others—especially moms—that you can be strong, fit, and unstoppable at any stage of life. Training through two pregnancies was tough, but it made me even more passionate about helping others achieve what they thought was impossible. Seeing people gain confidence and strength is what keeps me going.
