Show up for a your session.
Discuss with trainer your goals and background
First couple of workouts we'll spend extra time with you teaching you the workouts and making sure you have proper form.
Your trainer will scale the workouts to your ability.
If you decide to join, we'll setup your account and recommend a regular workout schedule based on all of your other committments.
However, there's no set schedule. You can do as little or as many workouts as you like.
